Podcast host. Roving interviewer. Somatic coach. Writer. I go where the story is—and I have the recordings to prove it.

Squarely GenX with Millenial tendencies, I am a global traveler, adventurer and storyteller. I am also the first American in my family. Raised straddling two cultures, I grew into the multi-lingual and multi-tasking artist and problem solver I am today.

Over my career, I managed offices, planned big time events, ran an art gallery and did master planning for museums. I also co-hosted “The Hella Fabulous Show” on East Village Radio, briefly launched a collection of t-shirts under the name Fabulous Babe and was a one-time tour manager for rock chanteuse Shara Nova and her band My Brightest Diamond. Before I turned to being a writer and producer full-time, I brought my creativity to bear as a key manager for a reusable, returnable packaging manufacturing company.

When I am at home, I lovingly cultivate a pollinator garden and host two wild bunnies in my backyard.

In other notable news, I once learned how to drive a Porsche race car on an actual racetrack, surfed off the coast of Mexico and shaped a raw emerald for a jeweler in the Diamond District of New York.

So yeah, I will try almost anything at least once. Except olives. And mushrooms—of any kind.

All of which is to say: I have lived a life full of beginnings. Which is probably why I’m so drawn to the stories of women who are starting something, or starting over. Come find me.
